Our family absolutely loved our stay! The house was very clean, the beds were so comfortable, and Roni was the best host! She was very responsive and friendly, we can’t wait to plan next years trip! My 3 year old even told me he loved the house so much he wanted to live there forever! We were drawn to this house after seeing the outside area and it was everything we hoped and more we spent nights around the fire after a long day on the beach and a shower outside. The dining room table was perfect for a family dinners she had everything we needed and more. She had a basket set up for our dog which included poop baggies and a new ball which Cali loved! A dog bed and towels to wipe her down. The home was spacious and immaculately clean. We are so grateful for Roni’s hospitality.

Roni was a fabulous host and her house is so spacious and comfortable. Very dog friendly and we enjoyed the open layout. Large comfortable rooms. Close to Cape May and Wildwood. CVS, wawa, ice cream shop and pizza place within walking distance. Thank you Roni for accommodating us!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this weekend. It was great having our dogs along who enjoyed the fenced in yard and the nearby bayside beach. The house was perfect for our family and had everything we needed!

The house and its location has numerous amenities (outdoor shower, Alexa, spacious, walk to non-swimmable beach, proximate to swimmable beaches, Wildwoods, and all outdoor activities). Bonus great pizza place walking distance from house. Comfortable beds/pillows. Ample closet & dresser space. Kitchen is perfect for food allergy and/or gluten families. Clean, private. I would definitely return!

Veronica's place was perfect! We so appreciate how clean and relaxing her home was. We felt right at home, as did our pups! So many great touches that made our stay so wonderful. Veronica's place is super close to the bay, and just a short drive to the beach. Plenty of great things to do and places to eat. Veronica was super responsive and a great host!! We would totally stay again!

Veronica's beautiful home with all the welcoming personal touches was absolutely perfect for us and our 2 dachshunds! The layout of the house and the lovely private backyard/patio area were exactly what we were looking for (and more!) in a pet-friendly beach vacation home. We walked to the beach down the street and easily drove to other Cape May beaches and attractions when we weren't relaxing at "home." Veronica made the whole process very easy to navigate and is definitely a SUPER host in our book! We definitely plan to return!!

Roni’s place was very clean, had ab open concept kitchen/ dinning room, plenty of space in bedrooms and the outdoor shower was a hit especially after the beach and it’s helpful since there’s only one shower inside. The location is drivable to a lot of different restaurants, distilleries , and beaches. Watching the sunset on the bay side was fabulous since it’s an easy walk down the street! The outdoor patio with grill, fire pit, and plenty of outdoor seating was perfect for us to eat breakfast and dinner outside! Would stay again!

Our recent stay at Veronica’s place was an absolute delight, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect vacation getaway. From start to finish, our experience was exceptional, and we wholeheartedly recommend this house to anyone seeking to spend some quality time with family. Very closed to the beach and Cape May and beautiful local spots.

Veronica’s place was wonderful. It was better then the pictures. Beautiful and clean. Both families felt right at home, even our 11 year old dog. Every morning and night we walked everyone down to the bay. It was very peaceful. The sunset was beautiful. We spent one night in, using the BBQ, which was perfect. It had absolutely everything we needed.
We took our son to the lighthouse, which was about a 15 minute drive and the zoo, another 15 minutes the opposite direction. The location was great for wanting to do both of those things. Hopefully we’ll get to stay here again! Lots more to do in Cape May.

Veronica’s place was perfect for us. It was nicely decorated, maintained and spotless. It matched the listing exactly. Our kids and doggies felt right at home. Having the fenced in yard is such a plus when traveling with the dogs. Further, add the nice gas grill and fire pit to make it even better. Also, providing linens and towels makes things so much easier. The beautiful beach is a couple of blocks up and other Cape May attractions 15 to 20 min away. I would definitely stay at Veronica’s again.

Lovely, dog friendly home! My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this relaxing getaway. Roni was a great host making it so easy for us to check in. The home was lovely inside, just like the pictures, with an awesome kitchen area for cooking. Our dog Millie really enjoyed her stay as well with all the open space inside and the fenced in area outside. Would recommend if staying in the Cape May/Villas, NJ area!

We had a great stay at Vista del Sol. The house was very clean and we had plenty of room for six. We had to bring our dog on this trip. The yard was great and there was even a dog bowl set up. Veronica was very easy to communicate with and answered any question very quickly. It’s perfectly located between Cape May, Wildwood, and Stone to visit the southern Jersey Shore.

What a great place to stay in the Villas! A perfect central location if you're looking to go to Cape May and Wildwood! Also close to a great park in the Villas called Cox Hall Creek, the house was very clean and had that beachy vibe you're looking for. The house is very open and spacious and the side yard is great for hanging out. Beds were super comfy and the pillows were great too, which usually isn't the case with some places. Veronica was quick to respond to questions and her communication was spot on. I would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time in Veronica’s rental. The house was spacious, clean, and decorated nicely—the photos were an accurate representation of the home. We particularly enjoyed family BBQs in the outside space, game nights at the kitchen table, and movies on the large, comfy couch. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located for visits to Cape May, Wildwood, AC, and Ocean City. Morning walks and sunset strolls to the beach on the bay (just down the street) were a treat. Our family (including our pup) had a great stay!

What a beautiful home! It was decorated so nicely which created a relaxing atmosphere for vacation. The bedrooms were LARGE! It’s always so hard to tell how big a place is just by looking at photos, and we were blown away by the size of the house. Plenty of space for 6 of us, plus a baby. I loved the dining table. Great for a big family! Everything was very clean, and there were bath towels and beach chairs, and all the things you could need, even Netflix for a rainy day. Laundry on site was a great plus. I always hate coming home from vacation with lots of laundry, so I did it all the last day before leaving. Made the unpacking process a lot easier. The patio was wonderful for enjoying outdoors. We grilled and made s’mores too! Roni was great with communicating. She was an amazing host. I would 100% stay here again. We hope to go back next summer!

Veronica’s place is the one of the cleanest and one of the best stocked places we’ve stayed. She was extremely helpful and very prompt with any questions we had about the area. Her place is very spacious for cooking, dining, and relaxing in the living room as a family. Good size bedrooms and comfy beds. We loved sunsets on the bay just a couple blocks away and her place is a quick drive to nearby beaches for Ocean fun!

What a great vacation! The house was so cute and very clean. It was a few blocks from the bay with amazing sunsets! Very quiet neighborhood with food nearby. Cape may / Wildwood amenities are close. Roni was a great host always available to answer any questions. We will definitely go back the next time we are in Cape May.

A beautiful home walking distance from the Delaware Bay!!So grateful for the lovely home and Veronica’s attentiveness to my family and me.The house was clean, well stocked with necessities such as cooking supplies, beach chairs and umbrellas as well as a dog food and water bowl, bed and toy. In addition she has a fenced in yard with beautiful plants, a brand new grill and a fire pit! Veronica exceeded my expectations!

The house is cute and tidy as pictured. If you are planning to explore Cape May or looking for beach time, though, not the best location, we did a lot more driving than anticipated. We were also asked to pay extra cleaning fees after checkout, for things that we weren’t responsible for. Make sure to inspect furniture, sheets, etc upon arrival and take pictures of any defects.
